Xiaoyuan Wang has been engaged in IP for more than 6 years. After 5 years as a Patent Examiner at SIPO, she is now a Patent Analyst & Consultant at PatSnap. She served many famous universities and companies, including Sun Yat Sen University, China Mobile, Midea and Pingan.
Juliana is lawyer qualified overseas with an LL.M inIntellectual Property and New Technologies from the Autonoma University of Madrid, Spain. Dandan Liu has over ten years of IP consulting experience and, having worked as a patent attorney, now heads up our Chinese IP Academy. Previously, Dandan also worked for over four years at SIPO (the CNIPA) as a search analyst, providing search and consulting advice.
Craig is the Product Manager for PatSnap's Life Sciences product. With Bachelor of Science Field of Study Biochemistry from Imperial College London, Craig works on the development of PatSnap's sequence searching tool which links to patent data and can help you identify obstacles and freedom to operate much earlier on.
It is great to see PatSnap including the topic of open source software in the Academy. With software being such a big part of the latest innovations which will include open source software it is important to have content like this to guide individuals and organisations through this complex area.
The quality of the short videos produced was excellent. I am absolutely delighted to have worked with PatSnap to create such a suite of videos. I regularly point contacts towards these videos (mine as well as the other videos on the PatSnap Academy) whenever the subject of IP awareness and education arises.
